How to V-Steam

InHERholistics’ formula gently made to effectively cleanse and nourish the entire pelvic area with herbal steam. V-Steams can strengthen blood vessels and tendons, clear stagnant energy and fluids, and provide essential minerals and nutrients for a healthy womb. It can also be perfect to balance moisture while clearing away and preventing cysts, fibroids, infertility, painful/heavy/lack of menses, etc.

 

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Simmer 1/2 - 1 cup of herbs in 2 quarts of water on low heat, covered for 5 minutes.

2. Allow to cool and test the steam on the inside of your wrist to use warm steam, not hot.

3. Now, sit over the steam while tenting your lower body by placing your large pot on a steam chair or stool and sitting on it, with a towel around the rim for cushion - or by placing the pot under our Yoni Steaming Stool  for 15-20 mins. 

  • 4. Remove you underwear and sit on the seat above the steaming water.
  • 5. Drape a large blanket or sheet around your waist down to the floor making sure no steam escapes.
  • 6. Make sure you keep yourself warm, keeping something on your feet (socks, slippers) and neck. You do not want any cold to get into your body while you are trying to warm it.
  •  

    Cleanse before, and rest after your steam. Once a week is recommended. It is not recommended to reuse the herbs.
